At the beginning of the 2009 season, Ould Newbury welcomed Kerry “KC” Cargill as director of the newly opened “Salt Marsh Grille.” The Salt Marsh Grille was established to offer members and general public a new and diverse culinary experience at the club. With his extensive experience and creativity, KC brought to Ould Newbury an exciting array of food and beverage, and the first season was an overall success.
Not standing still, the committee formed to oversee this project has been working closely with KC to take what was learned from the past season and develop a plan to take it to the next level. Their mission is to better serve the members and make the Salt Marsh Grille more appealing to the general public. They are very excited about the future and encourage all members to support this endeavor.
